Do you want to start bouldering, but don’t know how?

This course is ideal for beginners who want to learn not only the basics of safety on the wall, but also basic climbing movements.

You will be introduced to different holds, steps and boulder profiles, climbing techniques and how to use your feet as much as possible when climbing.

In a friendly atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to learn techniques and tricks directly from the instructor and other participants.
